Job Description:

Applicant must be over 21 due to our customer base

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with occasional weekend or holiday shifts off.

Benefits:

Employee discount, Federal holidays off for most shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, teas, and other beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain adherence to tri-service food code and sanitation standards. Assist in receiving deliveries. Support neighboring cafe as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous barista or customer service experience preferred. Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to stand for up to 7 hours and lift 25 lbs occasionally (reasonable accommodations provided). Must have reliable transportation and have a pass to get on base, or the ability to obtain a pass as necessary.
