________________________________________________________________________________ Our team at Aroma Joe's in Laconia is actively interviewing, hiring and training baristas to join our team! We have positions available for opening (4:30 am-12:00 pm), day shift (range from 6:30 am-3:30 pm), after school (range from 2:30-6:00 pm), and closing staff (range from 4:00-9:30 pm). This opportunity could range from 15 hours a week to full time hours with opportunities for growth. With a flexible schedule, it could be the perfect opportunity for a remote high school student taking VLACS courses looking for part time work or a college student looking for something to work around their class schedule. • Responsible for tasks unique to each shift and it's corresponding checklist
• Preparing Handcrafted Drinks and Food to our high-quality standards
• Responsible for cleaning/organization of work stations and cafe throughout shift
• Having energetic interactions with all customers that fuel their personal energy
• Maintaining the highest level of expert customer service
• Handling cash with safety and security during each shift
• Effectively communicating with our customers, baristas, management, and owners
