Job Description City Cafe & Grill is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Coffee Shop Team Member to support daily café and restaurant operations. This role involves welcoming customers, taking orders, assisting with coffee and beverage service, supporting food service, and keeping customer and work areas clean and organized. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and comfortable working in a busy customer-service environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the team Assist with coffee, tea, and other beverage preparation and service Support food and café item service as needed Operate the POS system and process customer transactions Answer basic questions about menu items and café offerings Maintain clean and organized counters, tables, and service areas Restock cups, lids, napkins, utensils, and other café supplies Assist coworkers during busy service periods Help maintain smooth order flow for dine-in, takeout, and pickup customers Support routine opening and closing duties Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures Qualifications Previous café, coffee shop, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful Friendly and professional approach to customers Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working in a fast-paced food-service environment Good attention to detail and order accuracy Able to learn POS systems, menu information, and café procedures Willingness to follow instructions and support team members Benefits On-the-job training Flexible scheduling may be available Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities to develop café, restaurant, and customer-service skills Employee discounts or meal perks may be available Additional benefits may vary by position and location About the Company City Cafe & Grill is a café and restaurant business focused on friendly service, quality food and beverages, and a welcoming customer experience. Pay:
