Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic professional to join our team as a Coffee and Espresso Specialist, with a focus on crafting high-quality beverages, smoothies, and milkshakes. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, espresso drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained during beverage preparation and food handling Provide friendly, attentive customer service to enhance guest experience and address any special requests or dietary needs Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas through regular cleaning routines Manage cash handling responsibilities including processing cash transactions and balancing registers at shift end Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Experience Proven experience as a barista or in food service with expertise in coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage service Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation including smoothies and milkshakes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and inventory management Experience in retail sales transactions within a fast-paced environment is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking during busy periods Join our vibrant team where your skills will be valued!
