Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with accuracy and integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality service. Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred. Proven cashiering skills with familiarity in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation techniques. Experience in serving food and beverages in a café or retail environment is a plus. Basic math skills for sales transactions, retail math calculations, and cash handling procedures.
