Job Description

Our Baristas are the heart and soul of Tap Culture Coffee. You create, support, and defend our culture every day. You love people, love coffee, and want to make a positive difference in our customers' lives.

Valuable Experience and Requirements:

Previous coffee shop experience valuable but not required Generally available for shifts between 530am - 5pm Available for Saturday work and occasional evenings for special events and mobile coffee events

Important Skills:

Customer Service oriented Attention to detail, clean & organized Quick Learner Problem Solver Manages time well Action oriented Good verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Arrives on time and ready to work Is well groomed and neatly dressed according to company dress code Greets customers with a smile and gratitude Serves customers in a quick and professional manner Educates and guides customers through their drink decisions Makes all drinks from memory - quickly, consistently and with excellence Prioritizes keeping a clean work and service area at all times Recognizes possible problems with equipment and handles the issue or engages a co-worker or manager that can
