What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, ceremonial matcha, smoothies, juices, bowls, toasts, and other café menu items with consistency and attention to detail Welcome every guest with genuine, attentive hospitality Educate guests on our menu, wellness products, and supplements Accurately process guest orders using our POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café Work alongside your teammates to deliver efficient service during busy periods Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Who We're Looking For You'll be a great fit if you: Enjoy working with people and creating memorable guest experiences Are dependable, positive, and eager to learn Thrive in a fast-paced environment Take pride in your work and pay attention to the details Work well as part of a team and are always willing to jump in where needed Previous barista, café, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required. We'll provide the training. You bring the work ethic and attitude. Schedule & Growth We offer both full-time and part-time positions. Reliable daytime availability, including weekends, is important since our busiest hours are in the mornings and early afternoons. Restore is growing, and we're committed to promoting from within whenever possible. As we open new locations, we'll continue creating opportunities for team members to grow into leadership, training, management, and future store opening roles. Physical Requirements This position requires standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours), frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and the ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Team members should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
