Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately Handle cash transactions, process payments, give correct change, and balance registers at the end of shifts Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and dining spaces Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal customer experience Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations Requirements Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to engage with diverse customers Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and balancing registers Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and food prep Knowledge of beverage service techniques and drink preparation methods Commitment to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
