Do you love coffee, fresh donuts, and making someone's morning a little brighter? We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and flexible seasonal team member to help us during our busiest time of year! Our holiday season can get very busy, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable with a flexible schedule and changing hours based on our business needs. Some weeks you may work just 1 day , while busier weeks may require 3-4 days . Weekend and weekday availability is important, especially as we get closer to the holidays. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a fun team, we'd love to have you join us! What You'll Be Doing Welcome customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service. Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages. Serve fresh donuts and bakery items. Operate our Toast POS system and handle cash transactions accurately. Help customers choose donuts, drinks, and other menu items. Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked. Follow food safety and cleanliness standards. Work with your teammates to keep the shop running smoothly during busy mornings. Help create a friendly and positive experience for every customer. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and friendly personality. Dependable and punctual—we count on each other! Someone who enjoys working with customers. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Someone who is comfortable with a flexible seasonal schedule. Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions. Sales or customer service experience is a plus. No sales experience? No problem! We'll teach you how to confidently recommend products and upsell in a friendly, helpful way. Seasonal Schedule This is a seasonal position designed to provide additional support during our busy holiday season. We're looking for someone with open and flexible availability who understands that the number of hours and days worked may change depending on business needs. Some weeks may be 1 day of work Busier weeks may be 3-4 days Both weekday and weekend availability may be needed Early morning shifts beginning around 5:30 AM Day shifts, including approximately 7:00 AM-1:00 PM Additional hours may be available during especially busy holiday periods The ideal candidate is someone who can be flexible and is willing to pick up additional shifts when needed. Bonus Points If You Have Barista or coffee shop experience Previous cashier or food service experience Customer service or sales experience Knowledge of food safety practices No experience?
