Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
• Preparing specialty coffee drinks of the very highest quality, as well as teas and other beverages
• Maintain coffee knowledge on current offerings and clearly communicate product information to customers
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage recipes, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls

Requirements :

• We are looking for both part-time and full-time position, working 3-4 days a week
• Must be passionate about the food & beverage industry and have basic math knowledge
• Extensive training and willingness to pursue excellence in learning about drink preparation and food offerings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team setting
• Minimum 1-year barista experience preferred
• Must have a food safety card within 7 days after hire
• We have several shifts available.
