Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Breakfast Attendant, working early morning shifts from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, two days per week. Duties Prepare and assemble breakfast dishes according to established recipes and quality standards Serve food and beverages to guests with friendly, attentive customer service Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations by following food safety sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and POS systems for processing transactions Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and adhering to hygiene protocols Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating items Support cleaning routines including dishwashing, surface sanitizing, and waste disposal to ensure a hygienic environment Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures required Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling and operating kitchen equipment confidently Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage in in-person interactions positively Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures necessary for efficient service Ability to work early mornings consistently on scheduled days (2 days per week) from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction This role offers an exciting opportunity to start your day energized while contributing to memorable breakfast experiences.
