Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, particularly a restaurant/bar setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer needs or concerns. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Qualifications Previous experience in food service and bartending is required; additional training will be provided. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail preparation is a plus. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a country club/restaurant environment.
