Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service across all roles, including sales, cashiering, beverage preparation, and hookah serving Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare non-alcoholic beverages with attention to quality and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling records Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to ensure a safe and inviting environment Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed within the café or food service area Serve beverages and hookahs responsibly, ensuring proper drink service procedures are followed Experience Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between duties Knowledge of food safety practices and food industry standards is a plus Experience with coffee making or barista duties enhances candidacy but is not mandatory Join us to become part of a vibrant team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and dedication.
