Barista & Sandwich Team Members Pay:

Starship Bagel is an award-winning NY-style bagel shop based in the Dallas area, established in 2021. We're looking for great people to join our retail teams! Lewisville Full-time Cashier / Barista Downtown Dallas Full-time Cashier / Barista OR Sandwich Station North Dallas Friday + weekend Cashier / Barista OR Sandwich Station What we offer: $10-$17/hr + tips, depending on position, experience, training, and level of responsibility Weekly pay Free bagel + coffee every shift Paid training Flexible scheduling A fun, supportive crew to work with What you'll be doing: Depending on your position, you may be: Greeting guests and taking orders accurately at the register Preparing coffee and simple beverages to standard Slicing and toasting bagels Preparing sandwiches and other menu items to standard Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized Communicating clearly with the team during busy service Staying calm and efficient during rushes What we're looking for: Dependable and on time Friendly, patient, and professional Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Good at multitasking and staying organized A team player who's willing to jump in where needed Cashier, barista, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Weekend availability is required If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team that takes pride in great food and service, we'd love to meet you.
