Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions efficiently using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling with accuracy while managing POS systems Ensure food safety standards are followed during food handling and preparation activities Assist in food service tasks such as serving baked goods or light snacks to enhance customer experience Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and serving Experience in retail or food service environments is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
