What You ll
Previous experience in specialty coffee or food service is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is highly desirable.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation.

Do:
Serve Guests with ExcellenceWelcome every guest with warmth and attentivenessGuide guests through the menu and make recommendationsCreate a consistent, positive experience from entry to exit Craft Drinks & Food with QualityPrepare espresso drinks, coffee, and teas to recipe standardsExecute food items with care, consistency, and speedMaintain high standards even during busy rushes Maintain a Clean & Safe EnvironmentFollow all food safety and sanitation standardsKeep the caf , bar, and kitchen clean, stocked, and organizedFollow proper glove use, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols at all times Work as a TeamSupport teammates during rushes and throughout the shiftCommunicate clearly and step in wherever neededMaintain a positive, team-first attitude Stay Ready & ReliableShow up on time, prepared, and ready to contributeExecute daily checklists and responsibilitiesBe coachable and open to feedback and growthQualifications:

Availability Requirements:
Show up on time and ready for each scheduled shiftMust be able to work at least one weekend shift per weekOccasional Sunday availability requiredTraining & Growth:
