Basic Qualifications:

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Meet all store operating policies and standards (quality beverages/food, cash handling, store safety and security). Ability to engage customers, ask questions, and respond to customer needs. Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes. Ability to perform multiple tasks during each shift. Ability to work as part of a team and build customer relationships.
