Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service Operate POS systems to process transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety standards Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy using retail math skills Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Uphold health and safety regulations related to food safety and proper food handling procedures Requirements Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge preferred; passion for coffee is a plus Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in the food industry or retail math is advantageous but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels our café's success!
