Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food handling and preparation areas Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring timely delivery of quality products Uphold food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure guest safety Skills Proven experience as a Barista or Bartender with strong coffee-making skills and beverage knowledge Willingness to participate in and even make social media content showcasing the cafe and the brand Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales reconciliation Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation, and serving techniques in a café or food industry setting.
