While we're known for our croissants and pastry case, our coffee bar plays an equally vital role in shaping the guest experience. We're looking for Baristas who bring energy, warmth, and precision to every shift. Whether you're pulling espresso shots, steaming milk to perfection, or recommending a pastry pairing—you're the first and last touchpoint for our guests. The Role As a Bonrue Barista, you'll bring more than caffeine—you'll deliver hospitality. You'll prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks with consistency and care, all while creating a warm, inviting space for every guest. What You'll Do Greet every guest with genuine warmth and positivity Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal beverages Follow Bonrue coffee recipes and quality standards precisely Steam milk, extract espresso, and maintain speed of service without compromising quality Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times Offer product recommendations (especially pastry pairings!) Support teammates across FOH and BOH as needed Communicate clearly with team and respond quickly to guest needs Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Who You Are You may be early in your career or a seasoned barista—either way, you love great coffee and meaningful guest interactions.
