3 Sweets Bakery is seeking a part-time or full-time employee to join our team! Weekday availability during the school year is a MUST. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing top notch customer service Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Preparing both drink and food items to café standards Assist with serving meals and bussing tables Completing food/drink prep to ensure efficient workflow Maintaining food and drink safety standards Utilizing square payment system to complete transactions and accept payments Being a strong team player - willing to help out in all areas

Required Qualifications:

Must have Weekday Availability During the School Year (this can include School to work) Occasional Weekend Availability Polite, Friendly and Approachable personality Honest, trustworthy and reliable Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for 8-10 hours. Ability to successfully complete the ServeSafe food protection certification Every Other Weekend Availability Availability between the hours of 5 am and 3pm

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista Previous experience in food service or customer service The ideal candidate will be customer focused, organized, efficient, have a strong attention to detail and maintain composure in a busy environment. 3 Sweets Bakery has a fun and supportive work environment with a fantastic team.
