Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Day Time Barista to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a welcoming environment for all guests, ensuring they enjoy every visit. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and alcoholic beverages with precision and care. Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Assist in food preparation tasks when needed. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operation.

Hours:

Wed-Sun 7:30pm-3pm Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in beverage service, drink preparation, or café operations is desirable but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
