The Bartender is responsible for providing polished, attentive, and efficient beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and responsible alcohol service. You'll create a welcoming first impression, anticipate guest needs, prepare and present a variety of beverages, and contribute to an atmosphere that reflects the quality and character of our hotel. Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and address guests by name whenever possible. Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, presentation standards, and service procedures. Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, draught and bottled beer, and other beverage selections responsibly and efficiently. Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all applicable legal drinking-age requirements. Engage guests in genuine, professional conversation while taking orders and providing prompt, attentive service. Previous bartending, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A genuine commitment to exceptional guest service.
