Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate SkyTab POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, particularly during catering events or banquets. Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming environment for all guests. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
