Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during busy hours, including serving food at nightclubs or banquet events. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service or hospitality role, preferably in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately. Previous experience in catering, brewing, or retail math is a plus; restaurant experience is highly valued.
