Overview :

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our Members and Guests. Duties :

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Serve food and beverages to Members and Guests promptly and accurately
• Monitor Member and Guest satisfaction while promptly addressing any concerns or issues
• Process payments
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Experience :

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is required
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
• Familiarity with food service procedures, including food preparation, handling and safety guidelines
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing

Pay:

From $12.15 per hour
