Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting delicious beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines. Assist in catering events as required, providing bartending services for special occasions. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with knowledge of mixology techniques being a plus. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong basic math skills for handling cash register operations accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food handling practices and catering experience is beneficial.
