O2 Employment Services is working with a local Association who are looking to find candidates for their open Bartender Position. This is a part-time, long-term role in Cottonwood, CA.

Bartender Compensation and Schedule:

• $16.90/hr + tips
• Thursday - Sunday afternoons
• Vision, dental, medical offered through O2

Bartender Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 yrs of age in accordance with California alcohol service requirements
• Must possess a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification or be able to obtain certification within the required timeframe
• Bartending experience required
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and proper ID verification
• Able to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills, as well as work ethic
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure Responsibilities of the

Bartender:

• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
• Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
