In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment. Whether mixing classic cocktails, recommending beer selections, you'll play a vital role in elevating our guests' experience and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Process cash transactions accurately using POS system; handle cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas for menu enhancements that align with current trends and guest preferences. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages while minimizing waste. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote a safe environment. Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation techniques, POS operation, and customer service standards. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on customer experience and professionalism. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer styles. Familiarity with POS systems; competent in processing cash transactions accurately. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality industry standards and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper alcohol service practices to ensure compliance at all times.
