Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Part-Time Bartender / On-Call professional to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to contribute your mixology skills during busy hours or special events while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep offerings fresh and innovative. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables or bar patrons seamlessly. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items and supporting banquet or catering events. Experience Prior experience working as a bartender or in a food service environment is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Experience in fine dining or hospitality industry settings is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations.
