This role requires a passionate individual with a flair for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, lively environments. As an Event Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, managing bar operations efficiently, and ensuring every guest receives top-tier service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments that keep guests coming back for more! Flexible, On-Call Schedule Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies promptly, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Process cash and card transactions accurately using Toast POS. Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations diligently to ensure compliance. Collaborate with event staff to coordinate timing, setup, and breakdown of bar services during events. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and craft beer familiarity. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically in lively settings such as nightclubs or banquet halls. Familiarity with Toast POS system Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously during busy events. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Previous experience working in Banquets/Off-Site Catering Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the event.
