Job Description

Greetings! We have been open for five months and are ready to grow our family. Yes, this position requires no experience but depends heavily on your winning personality. Not only will you will be sharing your enthusiasm for this very special and fun beverage, you will be introducing guests to the Sawtelle Sake experience by orchestrating visuals and music. No different than hosting an incredible party. Our flagship sake is made with regeneratively grown rice, brewed at our facility in DTLA, which you can participate in as well! Knowledge of sake is not required, but is certainly a plus. What is expected is a strong work ethic, guest-driven attention to detail, and a genuine desire to entertain and take care of people.
