Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Ensure all drinks are crafted according to established recipes and presentation standards; develop new beverage recipes as needed Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and serving area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food service duties when necessary, including serving dishes promptly and efficiently Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, answer questions about menu items including wine knowledge or cocktail ingredients Support bar management in maintaining compliance with licensing laws and safety regulations Experience Proven experience in bartending or serving within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering and processing transactions accurately Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, and spirits knowledge Familiarity with casual dining service standards as well as bar environments is preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Background in food handling, food safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a lively hospitality environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert service and vibrant hospitality during the season! •
