The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong understanding of beverage preparation, food safety, and the ability to create a welcoming, positive, atmosphere for guests. Requiring at least 3 years experience, fine dining preferred. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies and adherence to food safety standards. Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service while maintaining quality. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences. Experience Minimum of three years of bartending or serving experience in a restaurant, or fine dining setting is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory are required.
