Job Overview We're looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar, crafting delicious drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, knowledgeable about beverages, and eager to create a fun, friendly environment for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to ensure smooth operations. Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with the restaurant team during busy hours to deliver seamless service in a lively environment. Skills Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Good time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts without compromising quality. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and beverage measurements. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper alcohol serving practices.
