Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest experience Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to prevent waste or over-serving Collaborate with kitchen staff during events such as banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery Handle cash handling procedures diligently and process transactions efficiently during busy hours Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by verifying guest age and monitoring intoxication levels Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality venues with a focus on beverage service Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems including Toast for processing transactions accurately Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining quality standards Prior experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and food service operations within the hospitality industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience working in banquet settings or large-scale catering events is a plus Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling Join us if you're passionate about creating vibrant social environments where guests feel valued!
