Duties Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Develop and refine beverage recipes to introduce new drink offerings that excite our guests Provide expert recommendations on wine, spirits, and cocktail pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, including processing payments and handling cash safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Engage with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, answer questions about drinks, and deliver outstanding customer service Assist in bar management duties during shifts, including inventory control, restocking supplies, and tracking beverage usage Qualifications Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in fine dining, bar or hospitality environments Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, brewing processes, and beverage presentation techniques Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast and Square POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Food handling certification and knowledge of food safety protocols are preferred Experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on beverage service is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join our team as a Mixologist where your creativity meets energetic service!
