Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash register operation
• Strong math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and brewing methods
