Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items accordingly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and tracking beverage levels to ensure smooth service Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy periods, including banquet or catering events Requirements Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and craft beer expertise Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality industry preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced setting.
