Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, offering recommendations, and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, balancing registers, and processing payments securely Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items at bar or banquet events Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as necessary to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as nightclubs, restaurants, or banquet facilities; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality venues Previous experience in retail math or cash handling is advantageous; familiarity with catering or food industry operations is preferred Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable moments through exceptional service!
