Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Provide friendly and attentive service to bar guests. Handle drink tickets efficiently during busy dinner service. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Learn our cocktail, wine, and food menus and make recommendations. Handle payments accurately using Toast POS . Complete opening, closing, and bar side work. Follow responsible alcohol service and food-safety standards. Requirements Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Restaurant or high-volume bar experience is a plus. Friendly, reliable, and able to work well under pressure. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
