Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends and guest preferences Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste through proper storage and handling Collaborate with kitchen staff during events or banquets to ensure seamless service delivery in catering or large-party settings Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills and knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage presentation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism in a high-energy environment Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Prior experience in fine dining establishments or hospitality industry settings preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations Join us to bring your passion for mixology to life!
