ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate, efficient mixing of beverages according to recipes and portion control. Cashier duties as required. . Maintenance of client satisfaction. Reading and abiding by hotel beverage manual. Take inventory of beer, bottled mineral water and cruvinet wine and record on proper sheets. Receive and carefully check Daily Requisition from Storeroom. Prepare juices and garnish items as needed. Mix beverages for guest or wait staff, utilizing beverage control systems as specified in Beverage Manual. Abide by service standards. Complete required paperwork at end of shift. Leave work area clean at end of shift. At end of shift, inventory beer, bottled mineral water, and cruvinet wine and record on proper sheets, attach duplicates to proper inventory sheets. At closing, secure all liquor and bar supplies and make a storeroom requisition. Turn keys over to relief bartender or Manager on duty. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the restaurant when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.
