Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic options Serve food along side with our full bar menu. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Manage cash handling and POS transactions using the system Toast POS to ensure accurate billing Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, clearing bus bins and emptying trash cans and beverages throughout shifts to meet customer demand Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service laws and policies Handle customer inquiries about menu items, drink recommendations, and special requests with enthusiasm Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol serving practices Utilize basic math skills for sales transactions, measuring ingredients, and inventory management Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender preferred Familiarity with the Toast POS system Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol serving laws Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales and inventory purposes Retail math skills for cash handling and sales reconciliation Experience working in the food industry or hospitality environment preferred Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a vital part of our team where your energy fuels memorable moments!
