Greet tables promptly and create a welcoming dining experience. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, specials, and common dietary restrictions. Deliver food and beverages promptly and check back with guests after meals are served. Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations professionally. Process cash and credit card payments accurately. Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned. Keep tables, server stations, and dining areas clean, stocked, and organized. Assist with bussing, resetting tables, running food, and supporting other team members during busy periods. Follow all restaurant sanitation, food safety, and alcohol-service policies. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, management, hosts, and fellow servers. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume brunch environment . Be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Must be available for weekend and daytime shifts , including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed. Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred but not required. Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and carrying trays, dishes, and restaurant supplies.
