Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining excellent time management skills to serve guests promptly during busy hours. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving beverages in accordance with event specifications. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining establishments. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Experience in food service, retail math, or hospitality roles that require basic math skills including food industry calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, along with familiarity working in a nightclub or similar lively setting.
