Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options according to established recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from order to completion Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food service during events or busy periods Handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards in a lively environment such as nightclubs or catering events Experience Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role within the hospitality industry Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Toast POS for processing transactions accurately Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly Experience working in fine dining settings, nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering environments is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods using excellent time management skills Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and food handling procedures Preferably 21+ applicants Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
