You'll often be the face of Thunderzone, serving up delicious food and drinks with a positive attitude.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Friendly Service:

Warmly greeting guests, answering menu questions, helping them choose items, and processing cash/card payments.

Keep Things Stocked & Fresh:

Monitoring and replenishing paper goods, beverages, and snack displays to keep everything neat and organized.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Properly disposing of trash and keeping your station sparkling clean in accordance with company standards.

Stock & Storage:

Receiving deliveries and organizing food items and supplies in their designated areas.

Problem Solving:

Handling customer feedback or complaints with patience, grace, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Expectations Age Requirement:

Must be at least 16 years of age .

Availability:

Must be available to work holidays and weekends (when the real fun happens!).

Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.

People Skills:

Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
