What you'll do: Must have 2+ years high-volume recent bartending experience You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds. Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Know basic cocktail recipes Keep it clean. You're fanatical about clutter.
