| Full-Service Restaurant & Craft Cocktail Bar We're hiring an Experienced Bartender to join our exciting new golf entertainment venue featuring a full-service restaurant, craft cocktail bar, and 8 state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator bays. If you have a passion for hospitality, craft cocktails, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fun, fast-paced, energetic atmosphere, then this is for you!
What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve a wide selection of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and premium spirits Provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume restaurant and bar Maintain cleanliness of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation protocols, while keeping it fully stocked and organized Recommend food and beverage pairings and upsell menu items Help develop new cocktails and recipes with creative mixology techniques to keep offerings exciting Handle cash register operations, process payments, and give accurate change while managing multiple transactions seamlessly Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional entertainment and dining experience
What You'll Need:
Minimum 3 years bartending experience
REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years total full-service restaurant experience
REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits as well as food menu Experience in high-volume, fine dining or upscale hospitality environments preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and promote a welcoming atmosphere Alcohol Training Certificate or ServSafe Alcohol Certification preferred Professional appearance, dependable, energetic and guest-focused
